Welke gegevens ik verwerk

Waarvoor en op welke grondslag

Ik gebruik uw gegevens om uw vraag te beantwoorden, een offerte te maken en, als u mij een opdracht geeft, het werk uit te voeren en te factureren. De grondslag is uw verzoek om een offerte en de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (artikel 6 lid 1 sub b AVG), en voor de administratie de wettelijke verplichting (artikel 6 lid 1 sub c AVG). Ik gebruik uw gegevens niet voor reclame en verkoop ze niet aan anderen.

Hoe lang ik gegevens bewaar

Aanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden, bewaar ik niet langer dan nodig is om de aanvraag af te handelen. Gegevens die bij de administratie horen, zoals offertes en facturen, bewaar ik 7 jaar, omdat de wet dat verplicht.

Wie uw gegevens nog meer verwerkt

Mijn hostingprovider houdt technische logbestanden bij, zoals IP-adres en tijdstip van een bezoek. Die zijn nodig voor de beveiliging en het goed werken van de website.

Cookies

Deze website plaatst geen cookies en gebruikt geen analyse- of advertentiediensten. Alleen uw taalkeuze (NL, PL of EN) wordt in uw eigen browser opgeslagen, zodat de website de volgende keer in dezelfde taal opent. Die keuze komt niet bij mij terecht. Lettertypen en afbeeldingen worden vanaf de eigen server van deze website geladen. Links naar Facebook, WhatsApp en Google Maps openen websites van andere partijen, met hun eigen privacy- en cookiebeleid.

Uw rechten

U kunt mij vragen uw gegevens in te zien, te corrigeren, te verwijderen of over te dragen, en u kunt bezwaar maken tegen het gebruik ervan. Stuur daarvoor een e-mail naar fibrebouw@gmail.com. Bent u het niet eens met hoe ik met uw gegevens omga, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Jakie dane przetwarzam

W jakim celu i na jakiej podstawie

Używam Twoich danych, żeby odpowiedzieć na zapytanie, przygotować wycenę, a jeśli zlecisz mi pracę – wykonać ją i wystawić fakturę. Podstawą jest Twoja prośba o wycenę i wykonanie umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), a w przypadku księgowości obowiązek prawny (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO). Nie używam Twoich danych do reklamy i nie sprzedaję ich.

Jak długo przechowuję dane

Zapytań, z których nie wynikło zlecenie, nie przechowuję dłużej, niż to potrzebne do ich obsłużenia. Dokumenty księgowe, takie jak wyceny i faktury, przechowuję przez 7 lat, bo wymaga tego prawo.

Kto jeszcze przetwarza Twoje dane

Mój dostawca hostingu prowadzi techniczne logi, np. adres IP i godzinę wizyty. Są potrzebne do bezpieczeństwa i prawidłowego działania strony.

Cookies

Ta strona nie zapisuje plików cookies i nie korzysta z narzędzi analitycznych ani reklamowych. W Twojej przeglądarce zapisuje się tylko wybrany język (NL, PL lub EN), żeby następnym razem strona otworzyła się w tym samym języku. Ta informacja do mnie nie trafia. What data I process

Purpose and legal basis

I use your data to answer your question, prepare a quote and, if you hire me, carry out and invoice the work. The legal basis is your request for a quote and the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for my accounts the legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). I do not use your data for advertising and I do not sell it.

How long I keep data

Requests that do not lead to a job are kept no longer than needed to handle them. Accounting records, such as quotes and invoices, are kept for 7 years because the law requires it.

Who else processes your data

My hosting provider keeps technical log files, such as IP address and time of a visit. They are needed for security and for the website to work properly.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Only your language choice (NL, PL or EN) is stored in your own browser, so the website opens in the same language next time. That choice never reaches me. Fonts and images are loaded from this website's own server. Links to Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps open other parties' websites, with their own privacy and cookie policies.

Your rights
